Grady Taylor, CPA started the firm over thirty years ago in both Crossville and Smithville.  He has extensive experience in corporate, partnership and individual taxation.  He also has been personally involved in real estate development, agriculture, government management, and the operation of many other types of businesses.  Grady now spends most of his time in tax planning and preparation, advising clients on all types of business decisions, and structuring business deals.  Patty Bilyeu, MBA, CPA joined the firm in 1997 and became a partner in 2000.  Patty provides tax planning and preparation of corporate, partnership and individual tax returns.  She is experienced with Peachtree and Quickbooks accounting software and consults with a variety of businesses on setting up and using software to manage their accounting functions.  Patty also prepares financial statements for individuals and businesses that need to report to banks or regulatory agencies such as the Tennessee Board for Licensing Contractors.  She is a member of the Crossville chapter of Business Network International. Margaret Judkins runs the Smithville office.  She provides tax planning and preparation and bookkeeping services. She has been with the firm for over 20 years. Missy Sliger has worked in our Crossville office for nearly 20 years.  Missy has an associate's degree in Accounting.  She prepares individual income tax returns and provides bookkeeping and payroll services.  She is also certified in Peachtree accounting software. Lea Zais has been with us for about two years.  Lea has an associate's degree in Accounting.  She has 10 years of experience in tax preparation, provides bookkeeping services, and is a Quickbooks ProAdvisor.  Penny Lackey has been with us for three years, but worked for us several years ago as well.  She has extensive bookkeeping experience.  She handles the accounting functions for the majority of our homeowner association clients. Freda Whaley is our receptionist in Smithville.  Freda has been with the company for over 20 years.  She also provides bookkeeping and payroll services. Shelly Wyatt is our receptionist in Crossville.  She has been with us since 2007 and is a lifelong resident of Crossville.
